Two design colors are included. Matching colors across the backing, border and text count once. Additional colors are included in your design estimate.
Connecting threads may appear between letters. Choose the optional hand-trim finish to remove these connecting threads.

JetTag.me is operated in the USA by Pinpops Inc., 5016 Centennial Boulevard, Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37209, USA. The deal is simple: you send us a design, we show you a proof, you approve it, and we make and deliver your custom tags.
The order Your order records the price, quantity, size, material, colors, options and shipping shown at checkout. The total shown on the payment page is the total you pay. Prices are shown without sales tax; Tennessee sales tax is added at checkout for deliveries within Tennessee. Any quoted production and delivery times are recorded with your order. If your artwork needs a change that affects the price, we will agree that change with you before production.
Your proof, then production Nothing is manufactured until payment is confirmed and you approve a digital proof on your order page. Production time counts from your approval, not from the order date, and delivery time is added on top. Once you approve the proof the design is final and can no longer be changed. Check the size, colors, placement and spelling on both sides carefully — what you approve is what we make.
Your artwork You keep every right to the artwork and text you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, hateful or harmful; we may decline to produce anything we consider to be. By ordering you give us permission to store, process, resize and reproduce your artwork to fulfill the order, and to show your finished tags in our gallery unless you ask us not to. You can opt out of gallery use at checkout.
Quality If your tags arrive damaged, or do not match the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake them or refund you — your choice. Small color differences between a screen and finished fabric, thread or print are normal and are not a defect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Delivery We ship with the carrier and service shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we deal with the carrier; you deal with us.
Payment Payment for USA orders is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your order page shows whether payment has been confirmed. Payment alone does not authorize production; your proof approval is also required.
Changes We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order, and a copy is saved with it.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
