A practical guide to designing your custom flight-style key tags.

What is a custom flight tag?

A flight tag is a fabric keychain inspired by aviation identification tags. You can personalize it with a crew name, club emblem, company logo or message. JetTag.me lets you design both sides of a remove before flight style keychain.

What is the difference between woven, embroidered and printed tags?

Woven tags have a fine, smooth finish suited to clear lettering and logos. Embroidery creates raised, tactile stitching. Printing suits gradients, detailed artwork and designs with many colors.

What size are the tags?

The standard tag body measures approximately 5.12 × 1.18 inches, excluding the keyring.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum is 100 pieces. Quantities increase in steps of 50, so you can choose 150, 200, 250 and so on.

Can I design both sides?

Yes. Switch between Front and Back in the designer. The front supports one line of text; the back supports up to three lines. Each line can contain up to 40 characters, with text shrinking to fit when needed.

Can I add my own logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP file up to 5 MB and no larger than 8,000 pixels per side. Use clear, high-resolution artwork. Uploaded logos need a production review, especially when fine details are being translated into thread.

How many colors are included?

Woven and embroidered tags include two design colors. Distinct fabric, merrow border and artwork colors count toward that allowance; matching colors count once. Additional colors are shown in your design estimate. Printed tags include full-color artwork. Uploaded logos are checked during review.

What is a merrow border?

A merrow border is the stitched edge around the tag. You can choose a border color to match the fabric or create contrast. A different border color counts toward the design color total.

Will the colors look exactly like the screen?

Screens and lighting affect color appearance. Our photographed fabric swatches help you compare shades, and currently also stand in for thread swatches. Final color selections need to be confirmed with your proof.

Which keyring finishes can I choose?

The designer offers silver, matte black, gold, gunmetal and matte satin silver. Standard silver is included. Other finishes have a per-tag upgrade charge shown in the price breakdown.

How is the price calculated?

Your price is based on the tag material, quantity and selected options, plus a one-time setup charge. The designer shows an itemized estimate as you make your selections.

Can each tag be individually packaged?

Yes. Select individual OPP bags in the quantity section to add separate packaging for each tag.

How do I save or share my design?

Save my design downloads a file containing both sides and your selections. Open a saved design restores that file later. Download preview creates an image of the side currently displayed. Keep your saved file; the designer does not submit it as an order.

How long do production and shipping take?

Delivery timing depends on your destination and production requirements. Enter your destination to see available shipping, and contact us if you need your tags for a particular date.

How do I start an order?

Create your design, select Add to order, and enter your shipping destination. Continue to checkout to enter your contact details, review the final total and pay securely. We send a digital proof for approval before production.

JetTag.me is operated in the USA by Pinpops Inc., 5016 Centennial Boulevard, Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37209, USA. The deal is simple: you send us a design, we show you a proof, you approve it, and we make and deliver your custom tags.

The order

Your order records the price, quantity, size, material, colors, options and shipping shown at checkout. The total shown on the payment page is the total you pay. Prices are shown without sales tax; Tennessee sales tax is added at checkout for deliveries within Tennessee. Any quoted production and delivery times are recorded with your order. If your artwork needs a change that affects the price, we will agree that change with you before production.

Your proof, then production

Nothing is manufactured until payment is confirmed and you approve a digital proof on your order page. Production time counts from your approval, not from the order date, and delivery time is added on top. Once you approve the proof the design is final and can no longer be changed. Check the size, colors, placement and spelling on both sides carefully — what you approve is what we make.

Your artwork

You keep every right to the artwork and text you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, hateful or harmful; we may decline to produce anything we consider to be. By ordering you give us permission to store, process, resize and reproduce your artwork to fulfill the order, and to show your finished tags in our gallery unless you ask us not to. You can opt out of gallery use at checkout.

Quality

If your tags arrive damaged, or do not match the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake them or refund you — your choice. Small color differences between a screen and finished fabric, thread or print are normal and are not a defect. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Delivery

We ship with the carrier and service shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we deal with the carrier; you deal with us.

Payment

Payment for USA orders is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your order page shows whether payment has been confirmed. Payment alone does not authorize production; your proof approval is also required.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order, and a copy is saved with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
